一命﹐二運﹐三風水﹐四道德﹐五讀書。 This is a common saying among students of Chinese Metaphysics. They are placed in this sequence of importance or influence in one’s life:- 1. Fate After much contemplation, I would like to propose an addition to the list:- 0. Karma For those who are not familiar with this term ‘Karma’, some of the useful links to give you some idea what it is. http://hinduism.about.com/od/basics/a/karma.htm
As you can see from the table above, Karma is considered as a 'human factor' and influenced by one’s freewill and it ranked first before everything else. Therefore to improve one’s life (now and in future), start taking positive actions instead of blaming your current state on heaven and paying too much attention on fengshui.
